Day 1 in Xiamen 厦门｜Zhongshan Road & Shapowei 中山路・沙坡尾

Starting my 14-day Fujian journey in Xiamen. Day 1 was all about getting a feel of the city — from the streets around Zhongshan Road, to trying local dishes, and ending the evening at Shapowei with a beautiful sunset by the waterfront. A slow and easy first day — a really nice start to the trip.
