Neighbors For Change: Our First Joint Live: Faith, Questions, and What's Coming Next

Jessica McDonald and I went live together for the first time last Friday, right in the middle of her regular Quran study, and it turned into something neither of us expected. A couple thousand people showed up across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram to watch a two deconstructing Christians sit in the same room and take real questions. We talked about the Trinity, what common ground actually looks like between faith traditions, and what it would take to build a world where people can disagree on doctrine and still show up for each other as neighbors. This was also the first time we told you both about Neighbors for Change, our new podcast launching October 12th. Three episodes a week: one stacking the Bible against another sacred text starting with the Quran, one on empathy as the thread underneath every faith tradition, and one on turning that empathy into action.
