Balloon St Niklaas 2007

Balloon St Niklaas 2007 Every year a balloon festival is held at the main square of St.Niklaas, a village in Belgium. This year they couldn't let the ballons go up because of the bad winds. They only erected them and had 'em go down again. There should have been 60 balloons in the air, but the weather wasn't much cooperative this year :(
