GRACE A Prayer for Peace | Vignette 5 | I Have an Idea | RNZ

[G] From quickly observed rough sketch to exhibited final painting, this is an intimate observation of the creative process that makes a great work of art. ‘Karawa Tarawa Marawa’ presents life on an atoll, featuring the artist’s friends and neighbours from when she lived in Kiribati for many years. As Robin paints, she discusses her artistic process and her approach to life with filmmaker Gaylene Preston. The very beginnings of ‘Karawa Tarawa Marawa’ are featured in the film GRACE A Prayer for Peace.
