Due to certain Spiritual Laws, it is not allowed to share the deeper Kriyayoga Practices on YouTube for the general public. Kriyayoga Practice should be learned firstly face-to-face with a Kriyayoga Master (Guru). The Kriyayoga Ashram and Research Institute provides daily classes, free and open to all. All sincere devotees are most welcome to come, stay, and learn Kriyayoga face-to-face with Guruji. It is recommended to come for 1 or 2 weeks to learn how to practice Kriyayoga Meditation. After that, a collection of guided meditations is given for daily practice at home. For those who are not able to come at the present time, a few basic Kriyayoga Practices are made available for beginning purposes, fulfilling numerous requests from sincere devotees around the world.
