Mercedes Sprinter – BOSCH 0124325093 90A Alternator Repair | No Charging - Battery Light On

In this video, we repair a BOSCH 0124325093 90A alternator from a Mercedes Sprinter. The main problem was no battery charging, and the battery warning light was illuminated on the dashboard. During the repair, we replaced both alternator bearings and the alternator brushes: Ball Bearing [140273] – Koyo Ball Bearing [140093] – Koyo Alternator Brushes [BX2132] After replacing the worn components, the alternator was reassembled and checked to restore proper charging operation.
