Her professionalism, friendliness and genuine warmth immediately created an excellent first impression and exemplified the very best of Scottish hospitality. Combined with the professionalism and warm hospitality of the front-desk agent, my experience at the Leonardo Hotel Aberdeen was welcoming from the moment I arrived.
