Pomnyun Sunim (November 19, 2023) Question: I used to be motivated by big ideas, passion, and goals, but after battling COVID-19 and being sick for a couple of months, I find myself feeling apathetic and unmotivated, even after fully recovering physically. This lack of motivation extends to all areas of my life, including work. I wonder if this is going to be my new normal.
