How to make a bale

In this video, am gonna show you how to make a bale. Every baler machine are different, but this video gives you an idea, based on models similar to this one. At the end of the video, I emphasize on how to know that we need to make a bale. So to make a bale, first you have to put a cardboard on, then bring down the ream and turn off the key. Then, open the door's baler. To open the door, you have to pull up the lever, and pull the door. The door must be fully open. Then, clear up the passages where the wires are going thru, using a tool. Then, insert the wires from behind the machine (some people insert it from the front) and the loop end must be to the top and the other end, in the bottom. I always put 4 wires. Then, you have to tie that up. To tie it up, you have to insert the plain end in the loop end. Then, holding the plain end, with the other hand pull down and twist it around. Then, make sure that the ejectors things are hanged in those things to eject. Place an empty pallet in front of the bale and close. Then, turn the knob to "manual" and turn it on and eject the bale. Using a pallet jack, place the bale in the designated area, and place a cardboard on the bottom of the baler so when people throw cardboard, don't clog the passages to put the wires. Finally, close the door. To close it, just pull up the lever, and push it all the way in. Make sure its close.
