Loughshannagh Hill & Dale , Mountain running at it's best

Loughshannagh is in my humble opinion the best race in the Hill & Dale series but it's also the toughest. You have four peaks to go over and it takes right around Loughshannagh, it's a very tough but very rewarding race and this year the male winner was Tom Crudgington in a time of 38.33 which is an incredible time and the first female was Rebecca Magee in a time of 52.40
