£3 Million in Taxpayer Funding... For THIS?! | Prince Harry's Invictus Games

£3 million in government funding, £209,000 in fundraising costs… and just £134 in individual donations? I have questions. Today, we're opening the books on Invictus Games Birmingham 2027 and examining its first financial statements, covering July 2024 through July 2025. From staffing and administrative expenses to more than £1 million in direct Games delivery costs, we're looking at where the money went, what the accounts actually disclose, and where the details get a little murky. I've also submitted a Freedom of Information request to the UK Ministry of Defense seeking a more detailed breakdown of the spending, including questions about staffing costs, government-funded support, and how different expenses were allocated. *What exactly are British taxpayers paying for?* Links to follow along: https://register-of-charities.charity... https://register-of-charities.charity...
