Brushing Away the Day ASMR (Brushing, Whispering & Affirmations)

The ASMR jacket is back! Relax and get ready for sleep with the soothing sounds of gentle male voice whispers, positive affirmations, fuzzy mic brushing, mouth sounds, and more. I also threw on a pair of vinyl gloves and did some unintelligible/inaudible “ear to ear medical exams" to add an extra layer of “ambient movement noises” to this video. I think you'll find this ASMR sleep video perfect for winding down before bed and letting it guide you to a full night of peaceful, restorative sleep. This video doesn't really follow any structure, role play, or script. My thinking is that sometimes "less is more" for sleep ASMR, meaning that I think overly complicated storylines or intricate monologue/“dialogue” keeps your brain awake and alert to follow along and find out what happens or how the story ends so I figure I’d try making something a little more loose with “blurry", unintelligible, almost inaudible whispers so you can drift off to sleep without added distractions.
