AI promised to take the tedious work off your plate. For a lot of us it did the opposite: it took the interesting work and left us the job of feeding it information. We became the messenger. In this video I show you the missing piece. Prompt engineering and context engineering keep you copying and pasting. What you want instead is access engineering: connecting your AI to your tasks, projects, calendar, files, and tools, so it can find its own information and get back to being your assistant and collaborator. That's the heart of what I call the HQ approach—an environment you share with your AI, defined by the access you both have. I also walk through HQ for Action, the task and project management kit I built as the foundation for your own HQ: one line to install, your calendar connected, and tasks where Claude is already briefed when you open them. HQ for Action: equip your AI assistant so it already knows your work and can build the tools you need. https://hqforaction.com
