After Midnight is a song inspired by Gremlins — built around the rules, chaos, dark humor, and Christmas-night madness that made the movie unforgettable. The idea was to start with something almost playful and nostalgic, then let it slowly spiral into exactly what happens when the rules get broken. Bright lights, small-town Christmas energy, mischievous creatures, and that feeling that everything is about to go completely off the rails. The title comes from the most important warning of all: whatever you do… don’t feed them after midnight. This isn’t meant to retell the movie scene-for-scene. It’s more about capturing the feeling of Gremlins — cute one minute, absolute chaos the next.
