The Software Iceberg Was Already There

AI can make you an app. But that app still depends on software that was already there. Follow one mouse click through the software beneath the interface: the browser, operating system, drivers and graphics. The iceberg shows how much sits below the app we see. Then we look at what happens when software slows down, fails on another computer, loses data or sells the same hotel room twice. Different kinds of software have different requirements.
