Trails beyond the Horizon - Grim Garten Ninth Domain Boss (Nightmare/29 Turns)

This is a sample video on how to defeat the Grim Garten's Ninth Domain Boss within 40 turns. This boss can be the toughest in the game to optimize for as you need to defeat it within 40 turns as part of the S Rank requirements. On Nightmare difficulty, it has 2.4 million HP! Builds are shown at the start of the video. Pause the video if you need more time to copy down the setups. Outside of builds, dealing as much damage as you can when the boss is stunned is key, as well as keeping your Chain Hit counter as high as you can for maximum damage multipliers. Note: at 4:00, when Grendel has 1 turn left, you can S-Break after you attack. Grendel will revert after the final move and Van won't use his human form S-Break, allowing you to transform back into Grendel right away.
