HYDRAULIC COMPRESSION MACHINE

This System can apply a maximum load of 200 kN on the packing inside a 3200mm diameter & 7000mm deep column using 2 Hydraulic Cylinders Special Features of the Machine 1. The boom’s idle movement is driven by an electric motor, ensuring smooth and controlled operation. 2. Axial load application is achieved through two hydraulic cylinders for uniform and stable force distribution. 3. A load cell continuously measures the applied load, while the PLC precisely regulates it to ensure that only the preset load is applied to the packing. 4. The front compression flange diameter is adjustable from 1000 mm to 3000 mm, in radial increments of 100 mm. 5. All components that come into contact with the packing are manufactured from aluminium. 6. To accommodate columns with diameters ranging from 1200 mm to 3200 mm, the flange center can be raised or lowered. For this purpose, the entire boom is mounted in a cradle that moves vertically on four columns. 7. The complete machine operation is PLC-controlled, with an HMI-based operator console for simple and intuitive control.
