Who is Bernard? This is a chaotic and hilarious Victoria 2 story about one man who started an all-out European war in 1836. We are playing Belgium - completely at the mercy of the surrounding Great Powers. As Bernard's War escalates, we will use the opportunity to try and gain glory and prestige for our small nation, and fight legendary battles! This video features a cast of brilliant characters, all at their best. Salt, arguments, rage and non-stop bants. (A multi-province retreat, in Victoria 2, is when you retreat from a battle to a tile that doesn't border the battle. Your army's movement will turn into a silver line, and your army can't be attacked or join a battle on that entire path. You are not allowed to do this under multiplayer rules as it is an unfair exploit. They feature a lot in this video!)
