Free Medical Camp, Eye Screening & 100 Reading Glasses Donation | Anamaduwa, Sri Lanka

Serving Humanity Through Healthcare, Compassion and Community Action! On 24 January 2026, the Lanka Fundamental Rights Organization organized three important community service programmes at the Divisional Secretariat, Anamaduwa, Sri Lanka, bringing healthcare, eye care and health awareness closer to the people. This special video captures our commitment to improving community health, supporting vulnerable people and promoting the well-being of all. Highlights of the programme 1. Eye Screening Programme and Donation of 100 Reading Glasses An eye screening programme was organized by the Lanka Fundamental Rights Organization, together with the donation of 100 reading glasses, generously sponsored by Lion Sylvester of the Lions Club of Colombo Cambridge. This initiative helped promote eye health and support people who need reading glasses. 2. Health and Well-being Awareness Programme A health and well-being awareness programme was conducted with the valuable support of Dr. Welegedara from Puttalam Hospital and Dr. Nadeeka from Ratnapura. Their contribution helped strengthen community awareness of health and well-being. 3. Medical Camp A medical camp was organized by the Lanka Fundamental Rights Organization with the dedicated support of the doctors, nurses and pharmacists of Balasooriya Private Hospital, Chilaw. We sincerely appreciate their professional service and commitment to the community.
