Exploring the Reef swimming with Dolphins spearfishing with sharks , catch & cook Steamed Trout

super fun day, out on the reef. checking out some new ground. we were lucky enough to run in to some Dolphins and the boys hopped in for a great experiance. after shooting some great fish the sharks decided they wanted there share. once home jack cooked up some Chinese steamed Trout. one of our favourite dishes...
