Four pomodoros — 25 minutes of work, 5 minutes of break, four times
over. Two hours in total.
The music changes when the timer does. Focus blocks run on a warm
jungle ambient pad with a 14Hz beta binaural beat. Breaks switch to
something lighter and quieter, and a soft chime marks every
transition — falling into the break, rising back into work. You'll
hear the change before you look at the screen, which is the whole
point when the timer sits behind your code or on a second monitor.
No talking. No countdown beeps. Nothing that jolts you.
Why 14Hz beta instead of 40Hz gamma: beta is awake but unhurried.
Gamma is sharper and better for short intense blocks, but across two
hours it can start to feel like pressure. This one keeps you working
without keeping you tense.
🎧 Headphones recommended for the binaural beat (200Hz left, 214Hz
right — your brain perceives the 14Hz difference). The timer and
chimes work on any speakers.
HOW IT RUNS
· 25:00 focus — jungle ambient, 14Hz beta
· 05:00 break — lighter pad, 10Hz alpha, slightly quieter
· Repeat four times
· Dots below the timer show how many rounds you've finished
WHAT'S IN THIS SESSION
· Two separate tracks, cross-faded at every transition
· Chime on all seven changeovers
· Ring around the timer fills as each block runs — white for focus,
gold for break
· Drifting particles and slow light through the canopy, no hard cuts
· Mastered to -14 LUFS, no clipping, gentle fade in and out
· 100% original audio, composed and produced for this channel
ABOUT THE METHOD
The pomodoro technique is 25 minutes of single-tasking followed by a
short break, repeated. The classic version adds a longer break after
four rounds — this video ends instead, so you can decide what that
break looks like.

A NOTE
This is music, not medicine. It's made to help you settle into a
task, and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat, or cure anything.
Don't listen while driving or operating machinery. If you have
