As far as her AI goes, she will either zone you with her singing and her leek rockets but once she realizes that it isn't working she may rush towards you and try out her leek slash, which is pretty punishable on block to open her to a combo of your own but other times she will use her other combo routines which are very damaging and difficult to block successfully. So in general, this is a battle that is very RNG-influenced.
