ABOUT THE CHIMA-TAKESI TRAIL:
The Inca Trail of Chima-Takesi (T'aqisi) is no a traditional trail as the Takesi (T'aqisi), however both began in Ventilla or Choquecota villages and end in Yanacachi village. Takesi (T'aqisi) entire trail follows the stone path built by the Tiwanaku people, later expanded by the Incas and it has sings along the way and Chima-Takesi (T'aqisi) until the village of Totor Pata there is path, but after that there is no clear trail and before reaching the Chima Takesi bridge there is a lot of vegetation and it's difficult to find a path until the bridge. However the views are amazing, if the weather is good.
