How this tiny Dutch town makes bus service work

Today we are in the Netherlands, taking bus route 395 from Zierikzee in the province of Zeeland north to Rotterdam, at the Zuidplein metro station. This bus runs hourly on weekdays and is an express service. Alternatively, there is also the 133, which runs all days and makes local stops. By providing frequent and fast bus service, these buses allow people to easily reach even those parts of the country where the population density is less and most people drive cars.
