I have beaten my own creation... I want to talk about the strategy's I used for each fight in this description and list the stats I used for each fight. If you don't already know Miyabi Arena is a mod I made that comes packaged with Tales of the Abyss Revamped (another mod I made)! Miyabi Arena contains difficult boss fights you don't get anywhere inside of the base game, and expects you to use all the Revamped changes to your advantage... including instant iron stance break from OTG artes LOL Also Steel has a healing FSC which is insanely helpful for these chaotic fights :D Abyss Revamped Download: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder... Round 1: Glaring Lion For this fight your biggest threats are Nanaly and Largo. Arietta's Bird will do negligible damage and can be ignored for the most part. Largo is slow moving and heavy hitting, getting caught by him when Nanaly throws her Hourglass item is a death sentence. Nanaly is faster, but she resets her AI after every attack attempt she makes! So keep track of when she resets and look for openings to use. Nanaly also comes with a Life Bottle ready if Largo or the Bird are to die before her. I take care of Nanaly first, making sure to keep track of the damage I do and when she might use her Hourglass. Normally you can skip Wild Geese but I failed to do so. Thankfully its an easy dodge. The bird was low at that point so I took him out next to leave myself with Largo. With OTG Iron Stance break Largo is a joke by himself, just don't drop your combos :) My Stats: P.Atk and A.Atk: 6000 P.Def and A.Def: 2000 Round 2: Wild Phoenix Despite Reid coming prepared with a Life Bottle should the Original Arietta die, its easy to make sure he can't use it by pinning everyone down with MA. The Arietta's buffs mean little when Reid resets his AI after every attack and cannot keep up with pressure. So I take out both Arietta's by using Big Bang as a free opportunity for damage. From there I pin down Reid to avoid the Life Bottle. My Stats: P.Atk and A.Atk: 6000 P.Def and A.Def: 2000 Round 3: The Two Quick to Glory Legretta and Van are easy to keep track of while they cast spells, and Legretta's attack strings are long enough that I can get good hits into Van while she's whiffing. Locking down Van while Legretta is busy is the easiest way to take care of things. Just don't get blindsided by her guns or spells and you should be fine! Once Legretta is alone watch out for spells and Arcane Artes (namely Inlay Nocturne) and finish the job. My Stats: P.Atk and A.Atk: 9999 P.Def and A.Def: 2000 Round 4: Everlasting Tempests While I think Round 1 is the hardest fight in the Arena... Round 4 is a close second. I didn't have Overlimit ready to cancel Mint's Acid Rain so I had to play extra safe until the debuff wore off. Both Sync's can easily kill me while the debuff is active, one Dragon Shot is pretty much death and one hit of Reaper's Toll is nearly 5000 damage. Mint of course needs to go first as she provides insane support to the already fast and hard hitting Syncs (Including revives to Original Sync). She'll use Revive to try and keep herself alive as it refills her HP by half of her max HP. Thats a full heal basically when she uses it. Once shes pinned down and dead, the Syncs can be baited into one casting and the other going for melee based off of your distance from them. Use their long MA animations to heal and take care of them in whatever order you please, just keep an ear out for the other Sync... he might catch you by surprise... My Stats: P.Atk and A.Atk: 9999 P.Def and A.Def: 2000 Round 5: RESEARCH The second the fight starts, Nebilim will Mystic Cage. This is free damage on Philia (who already doesn't have much HP) Doing to much damage would put Philia in "Stop Flow" health range which is bad to have happen right after Mystic Cage, as Nebilim will cast fast enough to instantly end the fight there. I need to keep my Angel's Tear in stock for Indignation otherwise the fight is lost. Dodging two spell casters at once in this game is insanely fun... find the Meteor Storm safe spot and make sure to time your jump back into the arena with Nebilim's next spell to avoid any complications! Once Philia is dead, I play a much easier Nebilim fight than base game without losing Angel's Tear until Indignation, for the win. My Stats: P.Atk and A.Atk: 9999 P.Def and A.Def: 2500 Thanks for watching friends! Feel free to ask more questions about the fights in the comments. I can explain them better down there LOL.
