Check out the Nitto Terra Grappler G3s. Amazing tires for both on and off-road capabilities: https://bit.ly/3Zsm7TM
Cleator, Arizona was once a small railroad stop and mining town tucked into the mountains north of Phoenix. At its peak it had a general store, a post office, and miners working the hills around it.
Today only about eight people live here.
But recently the entire town sold for around $1 million…and the new owners say they’re planning to invest $55 million into a mining operation around it.
So I went to Cleator to see what life is actually like in one of Arizona’s last tiny ghost towns. I talked with the bartenders, artists, and locals who still call this place home, and tried to understand what might happen next if mining returns to the hills around town.
Time will tell what the future of Cleator brings. It seems a lot will change in the next few years.
