Egg :3 Hannibal is building a sanctuary, but at what cost? In this episode, we witness the terrifying architecture of his control - how he uses manipulation, isolation, and literal instability to position himself as the ultimate "island of safety" for both Will and Abigail. But true safety doesn't come from a predator who protects you only until he gets bored. True strength is found in the raw, burning vulnerability that Will displays, even through his anger. We are dissecting the deep psychological layers of this episode: Hannibal's forced family dynamic, the blind spots of those who smile warmly at a monster, and the dangerous beauty of opening up to the wrong person. Real strength isn’t a mask of steel; it’s the courage to remain open and soft in a terrifying world. I am typically stressed out of my mind because I hate editing for so long. I guess editing two long movies back to back has upgraded my tolerance thresholds a bit. :D Also, it seems that my Hannibal reactions are being recommended (on a Hannibal reddit). That just... That makes me so happy and bewildered. It is already amazing and rare when someone else likes what I do in the way I do it but then to RECOMMEND it to others... Wow... I mean, I did have one piano video go "viral" and get 100k views in a short time span many years ago. So I guess that was also recommended around a bit. But this is somehow different. This is more personal. This means more. :3 (although, ONE comment on that piano video said that they got SO inspired by it that they called and scheduled a piano tutoring session right after. The fact that they ACTED after my video and not just sat there remotely inspired... that's also mega "wow") ♥♥♥
