The third and final studio album by Venom Sky.
Released on April 2, 2002, through Warner Bros. Records and Venom Sky Records, Venom Sky III marked the band's final studio statement and represented a return to the progressive roots first explored during their Venus Lady (1976–1981) years.
A conceptual journey through memory, transcendence and rebirth, the album blends Progressive Rock, Symphonic Progressive Rock, Space Rock, Psychedelic Rock, Art Rock, Progressive Folk and Jazz Fusion, creating one of the most ambitious works in the band's catalog.
Several compositions originated from previously unreleased Venus Lady material and were completely reworked between 2000 and 2001 by the reunited classic lineup. Other songs emerged from recording sessions held in Japan (1999) and Germany (2000), before being completed with additional overdubs during the final production of the album.
The result is a record that bridges two eras of the band's history: the youthful ambition of the late 1970s and the artistic maturity of their final incarnation.

"Venom Sky III closes the band's recording career with its most ambitious work: a concept album exploring memory, mythology and spiritual transcendence. Drawing from the unfinished ideas of **Venus Lady**, while embracing the experience gained over two decades, the album serves as both a farewell and a celebration of the band's artistic journey—a final chapter where past and present coexist beneath the same celestial horizon."
