With an anvil, we can create some new tools and with said tools i believe we may finally be at a time where putting down roots may be a good idea. Just location and material are the first questions. Followed by Dimensions and purpose. General storage, cold storage, cooking, a bed. Maybe multiple floors? Maybe a Green House? who knows
