CORRUPTUS

Even the purest soul can become a stranger to itself. Corruption does not always begin with evil. Sometimes, it begins with pain, with a wound left unattended, with a silence that slowly turns into resentment. No one becomes a monster in a single moment. We surrender fragments of ourselves through countless invisible compromises, until one day, the reflection in the mirror no longer resembles the person we once were. Perhaps the greatest tragedy of corruption is not the darkness we embrace, but the light we gradually forget. And yet, darkness is not proof that light has ceased to exist. CORRUPTUS is a contemplation of the fragile boundary between innocence and ruin, of how suffering can transform the soul, and how easily we mistake our wounds for our identity. For the most terrifying form of evil is not the one that destroys us, but the one that convinces us we were always meant to become what we now despise. 🎵 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/2a3Ku...
