Operations & Systems Solutions covers strategic consulting, job management software setup, workflow automation and expert project delivery for businesses ready to scale but with operations that aren't keeping up. Ongoing Operations Support puts a reliable Australian-based team behind client communication, job coordination, invoicing and admin - embedding into the business and documenting every process into SOPs along the way. Known as the "Trades Admin Optimiser," Lana has built her world around untangling the systems trades businesses run on, with hands-on expertise across ServiceM8, SimPRO, Fergus, NextMinute, Tradify and Tradiespace. Exceptional Tradie Solutions holds ServiceM8 Gold Certified Partner status, and Lana started the business in 2021 and since then we have worked with 200+ trade businesses to move them out of admin chaos and into systems that actually work. Outside job management software, Lana is big on personal development and building relationships and the power and networking and growth. She keeps active with Zumba and core training, hosts the Business at Breakfast networking group every Thursday morning and a Business Owners Accountability Group, and has a cat keeping her company at home.
