Melton Mowbray parkrun, my first time here 👍

I drove Jen to RaceHub at Frisby lake for a group talk about open water swimming.. So whilst she was there I went to Melton country park for a steady 5k run... Starting near the middle of the crowd and gradually worked through the runners and eventually, to my surprise, finished in 2nd place! 😁👍 Held back on the pace as I had the 14 mile Charnwood Hills fell race the next day.
