🔥❤️ Day 1 – PFL “Fan the Flames” Marriage Retreat 2026 ❤️🔥 Enrichment Topic 1: “Why Intimacy Is the ‘IT’ Factor!” Intimacy in Marriage is about so much more than physical closeness—it is about being fully known, fully seen, and fully loved. ❤️ It is the beautiful journey of becoming one—not only in body, but also in heart, spirit, trust, and vulnerability. During this session, our Couples were introduced to 6 Sacred Intimacy Exercises (Lap Resting and Gentle Stroking, Complimenting Each Body Part Aloud, Serving Water or Drink while Naked, The Extended Breath Hug, The Six Second Kiss, & Total Submission and Joyful Trust) designed not as a checklist to complete, but as a journey to experience together—prayerfully, intentionally, and with great care. 👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏾💍 Some exercises may feel simple and natural, while others may invite Couples to step beyond their comfort zones into deeper levels of openness and vulnerability. But when approached with mutual consent, love, respect, trust, and a heart to serve one another, these moments can create a deeper connection—not only with your Spouse, but also with the God who designed the covenant of Marriage. 🙏🏾❤️ True intimacy says: “I can be completely myself with you, and still know that I am loved.” That kind of connection creates a safe place where two truly can become one. 🔥❤️ “They were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.” — Genesis 2:25 Keep connecting.
