International Guerillas (International Gorrilay) (1990)

An absolute fever-dream of a movie. Filmed in 1990, but looking like it was shot in the 1970s, this film capitalized on the controversy of the publication of Salman Rushdie's "The Satanic Verses" in the most heavy-handed and yet unintentionally hilarious manner possible, with an ending that is absolutely insane. Although probably best watched under the influence, the film itself is a mind-altering substance on it's own.
