Hi everyone! How are you doing? Today I’m bringing you a song that was reportedly intended for Britney Spears’ Glory album: "Turn The Lights Out"! The song was written and performed by Elle Vee herself. According to Elle Vee, none of the songs she submitted to Britney were ultimately accepted or recorded. I’ve been a huge fan of Elle Vee’s work since the Circus era, and I absolutely love what she brings to her songs. So I decided to make my own version, imagining what this incredible track might have sounded like with Britney’s vocals. For this version, I tried to capture the sound of Britney’s voice around 2016, a period when I feel her vocals had evolved so much and taken on a completely different character.
