Today - or tomorrow - depending on where you are on the planet - is Caruso's birthday. 138 years ago Enrico Caruso was born (on the 25th of February) in Neaples. So I thought I'd upload one of his recordings and chose this one, just because I like it - no other significance. It is a direct digital transfer from an original 78 record (received from a friend). Recorded on Tuesday, 16th of April 1918.
