Khudu’s father always encouraged him to build his own business and not get caught up in corporate employment. Khudu’s vision was clear – he had to start by buying small businesses and turn them around. It meant being his own secretary, lawyer and finance person to start with. He outsourced what couldn’t do himself. Then brought on the right partners to alleviate internal pressures and give focus to those areas.
