day 20: a humbling first experience with malenia blade of miquella | first elden ring playthrough!

and so it begins. welcome to day 1 of malenia and let me just take a moment to celebrate the magnitude of this. before i started streaming, i never thought i'd be playing games like this. with sekiro and bloodborne, i'd never really heard of them before i played them, so i never really built them up in my head to be some impossible challenge. MALENIA, on the other hand. oh malenia. i'd heard the rumours. i brushed them aside as a tier of gaming i'd never dare to approach. but here i am. okay dramatic monologue aside, i'm genuinely so freaking stoked to be here. even MORE grateful that a bunch of you were here with me to experience the struggle together. buckle up, this takes a WHILE. 0:00 minor crashout pre-stream, probably stressing about fighting malenia 19:24 growing pains trying to figure out the parry 1:58:11 back to the dodging board 4:12:19 a brief parry, then back to dagger 5:53:25 the final rounds
