It's time for the big feelings explorers! In this episode, our friend Zoe is feeling fearful about playing wiggly worm with Elephant and Turtle. She is worried that the moving jump rope might cause her to trip and get hurt. Basma knows exactly how she feels! Earlier, Basma felt afraid of getting hurt while trying the body limbo game with Grover and Jad. Together with Jad and Chicken, they learn that feeling afraid is completely okay, and that fear sometimes warns us when something is wrong; but other times we feel afraid even when we are perfectly safe. Watch to find out about a helpful trick called "self-talk" that helps Zoe and Basma remind themselves to give it their best try, knowing their friends are always there to keep them safe! Watch as they brave their fears to play body limbo and wiggly worm together. Don't forget to click the subscribe button to get new Takalani videos every week!
