Facing Our Fears with Zoe and Basma! | Takalani Sesame

It's time for the big feelings explorers! In this episode, our friend Zoe is feeling fearful about playing wiggly worm with Elephant and Turtle. She is worried that the moving jump rope might cause her to trip and get hurt. Basma knows exactly how she feels! Earlier, Basma felt afraid of getting hurt while trying the body limbo game with Grover and Jad. Together with Jad and Chicken, they learn that feeling afraid is completely okay, and that fear sometimes warns us when something is wrong; but other times we feel afraid even when we are perfectly safe.
