Arctic Cat Catalyst 858 Extended Heat Exchanger Install | CR Racing

Full install of our Extended Heat Exchanger on a 2026 Arctic Cat Catalyst 858. The kit adds about two litres of coolant capacity and roughly five kilograms with coolant, and the machine runs substantially cooler than factory. Figure about six to seven hours start to finish if it goes smooth. In this video: stripping the sled, chaincase and driveshaft removal, cutting the factory cooler, fitting and pressure testing the new cooler, welding, vacuum fill with no air locks, and the first run on the track stand.
