Ingredients:-
.700 gm cauliflower
2 potato
2 onion
3 tomatoes
4 green chilli
2 tbsp roasted peanut
salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
10 garlic cloves
1 small piece ginger
1 tbsp Kashmiri mirch powder
whole spices
1 tbsp oil for tadka
1 tsp oil for gravy
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
chop coriander
1 tsp desi ghee
