ពិតទេ? ដែលអាមេរិក ពិតជាប្រាប់ថៃឲ្យឈប់ឈ្លានពានកម្ពុជា? | Is US Stop Thailand invade Cambodia? Is it true that the United States told Thailand to stop invading, or encroaching on, Cambodian territory? On 7 October 2026, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet said a US embassy official had urgently met him three days earlier and relayed a message from US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. According to the prime minister, Washington asked Thailand to halt actions that raise tensions and to stop any activity that looks like an attempt to encroach on Cambodian land, while upholding the Kuala Lumpur Peace Accord and resolving the border through the Joint Boundary Commission (JBC). The same message also asked Cambodia not to escalate. Hun Manet replied that Cambodia has exercised restraint, and he asked the United States to press Thailand to restart survey and demarcation under existing treaties. This video explains the source of the claim, what was actually said, and why it matters for the Cambodia–Thailand border. តើពិតទេ ដែលសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានប្រាប់ថៃឲ្យឈប់ធ្វើសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពាន ឬវាតទីលើទឹកដីកម្ពុជា? នៅថ្ងៃទី ៧ តុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា បានថ្លែងនៅក្នុងពិធីខួប ៨០ ឆ្នាំ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសុខាភិបាលថា ឧបការីទូតអាមេរិកបានមកជួបលោកជាបន្ទាន់ ៣ ថ្ងៃមុន ហើយបានបញ្ជូនសារពីរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសអាមេរិក លោក Marco Rubio។ តាមការបញ្ជាក់របស់លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ភាគីអាមេរិកបានសុំឲ្យថៃឈប់សកម្មភាពដែលបង្កើនភាពតានតឹង និងឈប់ធ្វើសកម្មភាពដែលបង្ហាញថាជាការវាតទីយកទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងថែរក្សា និងអនុវត្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពទីក្រុងគួឡាឡាំពួរ (Kuala Lumpur Accord) ដោយដោះស្រាយតាមយន្តការ JBC។ អាមេរិកក៏បានសុំឲ្យកម្ពុជាកុំធ្វើសកម្មភាពបង្កើនកម្ដៅដែរ។ សម្តេចធិបតីបានឆ្លើយថា កម្ពុជាមិនដែលធ្វើអ្វីដែលបង្កើនភាពតានតឹងទេ ហើយបានស្នើឲ្យអាមេរិកជួយជំរុញឲ្យភាគីថៃត្រឡប់មកវាស់វែង និងខណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនវិញតាមសន្ធិសញ្ញា និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលមានស្រាប់។ វីដេអូនេះពន្យល់ប្រភពព័ត៌មាន អត្ថន័យនៃសារអាមេរិក និងហេតុអ្វីរឿងនេះសំខាន់ចំពោះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។ #កម្ពុជា #ថៃ #ព្រំដែន #អាមេរិក #ហ៊ុនម៉ាណែត #MarcoRubio #JBC #KualaLumpurAccord #Cambodia #Thailand #Border #CambodiaThailand #US #News #BreakingNews Cambodia Thailand border, Hun Manet, Marco Rubio, US tells Thailand, stop encroachment, Kuala Lumpur Accord, Joint Boundary Commission, JBC, Cambodia Thailand conflict, border demarcation, territorial dispute, Phnom Penh, Washington, US embassy Cambodia, ceasefire, peace accord, Thai military, Cambodian sovereignty, border tension, October 2026, Hun Manet speech, Rubio Thailand, encroach Cambodian territory, ASEAN border, Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, civilian return, bilateral talks, news Cambodia, Khmer news សូមស្វាគមន៍មកកាន់ Jingjing Soung! As an architect with a passion for storytelling, I bring you a unique blend of architecture, travel, food reviews, and engaging talk shows.
