Sleeping with Her Friend’s Son

The plaintiff says she used to be friends with the defendant and allowed her and her children to move in. All was well until she caught the defendant having sex with the plaintiff’s 23-year-old son. She’s suing her ex-friend for a storage bill and damaged property. The defendant says she’s only in court because she had sex with the plaintiff’s son.
