What's this behaviour Government?

Player: Vishu_Suthar Violators: Shivam_Kar (Govt.), Anshu_Shetty (Govt.), Aakriti_Moon (APD) Complaint: I am Discord-approved for joining Government and followed all interview procedures. 1. At 01:09, Felicia_Testino told me to enter for the interview, which I did. At 07:03, Santino_Hinnen also instructed me to enter. 2. While inside, I informed Anshu_Shetty that I was DC-approved and requested to proceed with joining. Instead, the interview was closed at 08:53 while I was still waiting inside, despite entering after staff approval. 3. At 11:20, Shivam_Kar cuffed me without explaining the reason or hearing me. I had waited around 15 minutes and had not disturbed anyone. He cuffed me again at 13:45. I request clarification on the reason and rule basis for these actions. 4. Aakriti_Moon (APD) then escorted me outside and did not uncuff me. I request clarification regarding this as well. 5. I had tagged Government Senior Staff multiple times for my joining but received no response. I had also visited twice previously and was told to return when senior staff were available. When they later came for interviews, the interview was ended after their tasks while citizens were still waiting. I respectfully request Senior Staff to review the evidence and verify whether these actions followed the applicable rules. Application:   / discord
