Southwest Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 8, Houston Hobby HOU Miami International Airport MIA, Trip Report

This is a domestic flight trip report from William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) in Houston Texas to Miami International Airport in Miami Florida on Southwest Airlines 1639 (plane model: Boeing 737 MAX 8; N8796L) that departed at 10:52 a.m. US Central Time. It was a full flight (all seats were occupied). Snacks and drinks were partially served due to unknown/spotty turbulence throughout the Gulf of Mexico. Flight attendants were not able to get up and serve due to the captain order. Once the plane arrived near the coast of Florida (near Tampa area), the captain allowed flight attendant to move around the cabin. Passengers at the front row were able to get snacks and drinks, but everyone else from the middle to the back were not served.
