Escape from Lenzerheide [Pt. 1]

Catching the last light out of Lenzerheide. This is a fast road that looks somewhat tricky but is even more dangerous than first appears. After you exit the last town on the hill the sides open up with nothing holding you back from launching into some very steep meadows. While the tarmac looks smooth it is far from it in many places. I'm sure this has caught more than a few cyclists out. Around the main hairpin there is gravel that you want to watch out for. And if you survive all of that the final hairpin more than doubles back and has a very deceptive look to it on entry. It caught me out the first time down. You want to put your time in on this road before going for a fast time.
