Welcome to Bd LAB!
In this video, I will show you how to build a super simple DC variable voltage regulator circuit using just an IRFZ44N MOSFET and a 100k variable resistor (potentiometer).
With this simple circuit, you can easily input 12V DC and adjust the output voltage to 3V, 4V, 5V, or any custom voltage according to your needs! This project is extremely easy to assemble and perfect for beginners in electronics.
📌 Components Required:
IRFZ44N MOSFET – 1x
100k Potentiometer / Variable Resistor – 1x
12V DC Power Source
Connecting Wires & Terminal Connectors
Heat Sink (Recommended for MOSFET safety)
⚠️ Note / Disclaimer:
This simple MOSFET-based circuit works great for low-current applications and testing. Always ensure proper wiring and use a heat sink if you plan to connect higher loads to protect the MOSFET.
