Sanyo DLP Video Projector PDG-DHT100L Teardown / Parts Harvest

hi, this is just a teardown video. I have to clean up a bunch of left over bits to prepare to maybe move to a new shop. At the least I need to clean up some scrap units that are sitting. This is a Sanyo PDG-DHT100L. These were about $22,000 when they were new. The construction is quite nice as you will see.
