Bright-G mini ceiling fan

Feel free to refer to this link for more support!: https://saweria.co/TXFE Here is my Bright-G 500mm mini ceiling fan in white-blue. Model BG-318/FD10-50E, the fan says FD10-50E but the box says BG-318. It is my 2nd 4 bladed mini ceiling fan I got. I got this fan from one of the electronics stores in Taman Asri. I tested it at my grandparents' house in the room that had National "Organix" mini-split aircon. It seems to have a problem with the startup, due to its hiccup during the startup. It also has a strong vibration that makes the fan noisy, originally this fan is quieter than that. Also, 3 of the blades were loose (I show a few of them at the end). Despite the problems it has, it blows a lot of air due to the blade design and pitch. It didn't come with the box, I actually asked the seller for the box, but it seems the seller refuse it. Because the seller didn't give me the original box (very disappointing).
