Service Request! Hornby Dublo 'The Talisman', Part IV, A3 Power Unit

This time I'm checking out two vintage power units. The Hornby Dublo A3 power controller with 0-12v regulated output, 12v steady output and 15v AC output. the SmoothFlow SF1 is a straight 12v supply. Glad to report, everything seems to work. Since the video, I have arranged to have both uints PAT tested!
